Partnering closely with Decide’s new Managing Director, we helped steer the agency into an exciting new chapter – a bold, confident brand identity built around the science of consumer choice. Inspired by the idea of uncovering the "missing piece of the puzzle," the rebrand highlights Decide’s distinctive approach to understanding shopper behaviour and decision-making. The result is a striking identity that not only showcases the agency’s expertise but firmly establishes it as a leader in bridging the gap between brands and consumer minds.

PH ACTIVEED

When PH Sports set out to become the South West's leading provider of primary school sport, they needed a re-brand that resonated with school leaders, local authorities, and parents alike. Fusing educational learning with physical activity, we created PH ActiveEd – a vibrant, adaptable brand identity designed to connect with diverse audience groups, from parents to educational governing bodies. A brand unified by their mission to empower young minds through movement.

Mike is a strategic business thinker and marketing specialist with over 20 years' experience in agency-side brand development, spanning many major sporting events including FIFA World Cups and UEFA Women’s EUROs; and working alongside global brands such as BP and retail leaders like Habitat. His expertise lies in transforming creative vision into effective campaigns that deliver measurable results.Known for his ability to maximise impact regardless of budget constraints, Mike brings a passionate, results-driven approach to brand development and marketing strategy.

JONNY

JOnny O'Reardon

FOUNDER // Creative Director

Jonny is an accomplished Creative Director with over 20 years' experience spanning global brands like FIFA, UEFA, SKY, Heineken and Adidas. His expertise in crafting comprehensive brand identities and high-impact campaigns extends across B2B and B2C sectors, from luxury markets to public sector initiatives. Specialising in both brand strategy (campaigns, visual systems, tone of voice etc) and physical design elements (mascots, awards, trophies etc) and he brings versatile creative leadership to motion, web and print media. Known for his collaborative, straightforward approach to team and client management, Jonny believes great achievements stem from strong partnerships.
